When to change a V40's belt?
Hi, please can you tell me when to change the timing belt on a 2015 Diesel Volvo V40?

Hi Rose,
For the 1.6 diesel engine in the D2 model up to 2015, the interval is 140,000km or 10 years, whichever comes first. After than, there was a 2.0-litre diesel engine in the D2, D3 and D4 versions. The timing belt in those must be changed every 150,000km or 10 years. Oddly, before the model changeover in 2015, the D3 and D4 (2.0) engines' belts could be left until 180,000km.
