Hi, I'm looking at getting a 2017 Skoda Octavia combi. I have seen online that a facelift is due in 2017 and a Skoda dealer said it could be February/March but has no exact date yet. I was wondering if you had heard anything? If they are arriving February/March I wonder when would be the time to order so as to get an early delivery? Thanks.
Hi Clive,
Unfortunately, at this point, we don’t have any more precise dates than ‘early next year’ for the updated Octavia’s arrival. Skoda will probably not show it off at the upcoming Paris Motor Show, as the new Kodiaq SUV will be taking centre stage, but we’d expect to see it in the flesh before Christmas. Hopefully then we’ll get a more precise arrival date. As for getting an early order in, there’s no rush – build allocations for right-hand drive markets won’t be set up for some time yet, but it might not be a bad idea to at least get your dealer to put you on a contact list for when more details become available.
