You've not told us anything about the engine under the bonnet - there were four different units offered in 2018. The 1.4 TDI's belt, for example, should be changed at least every 210,000km regardless of time, but the others are likely to be different. If in any doubt, ring your local Skoda dealer and ask to talk to the service department. They'll need the full details.
