What's wrong with my Terios?

Hi there. I've just had my Terios serviced at the garage beside our offices and although they replaced the Ignition coil (car now seems to be going fine) the engine light is still flashing. It's rather disconcerting. They have no idea what the problem could be. They said they've checked everything

Our answer:

Hi Diane,

That light means that something that affects the emissions of the car isn't working quite right. It really could be anything and, if the car is running fine, the only way to get to the bottom of it is to plug the car into a diagnostic computer to interrogate the car's brain. Any good mechanic should have the equipment to do that for you for a small fee.
