As ever, it's very difficult to assess such problems from afar. It could be a range of things, from loose body work or under-body components to something broken in the suspension or powertrain, to worn brakes or even something small like a stone stuck in the brakes.

You really need to bring it to a mechanic sooner rather than later to rule out anything dangerous.
