What's up with our Mondeo's clutch?
Our2002 Mondeo LX, bought in 2006, has had three new clutches and is now looking dodgy again. Husband and I have 125 years of driving between us and have never had problems with previous cars. Surely there must be some underlying fault on this vehicle.

Depending on which engine powers it, it may have a dual-mass flywheel, and that is known to cause lots of issues. I'd suggest taking the car to a different mechanic to your usual one and ask for their opinion on it.
