You've not told us which year or model of 3008 you have so our advice will have to be quite generic. It doesn't sound to me as if the two things are related. For the first, I'd suggest that there could be a binding brake, sticking on - perhaps something to do with the parking brake. For the latter, it could be an engine mount, though it could also be something causing poor engine running in the combustion system.

Either way, I suggest you bring the car to a good mechanic to look at it.
