It's not really possible to assess a car's issue such as that remotely so I suggest you bring it to a good mechanic to have it looked at. There are dozens of possible reasons for such a problem, including fuel starvation (maybe the filter is clogged), an issue with the ignition system or something electrical such as a sensor failure. The car will have to be plugged into a diagnostic computer to start with to see if there are any fault codes to help identify the cause of the problem.
