That could be any of a number of things, including the battery on the key fob and the car battery, though that Focus is also known to suffer from water getting into the door handles and interfering with the signal from the key, etc. Worth mentioning that to a good mechanic or auto electrician when you get the car looked at. It is not going to be easy to fix for yourself.
