We've not come across a widespread issue with the Fluence's windows so can only suggest that something is amiss within the door itself. It's best that it is investigated by someone that has experience dismantling the inside of car doors, as it's a fiddly job - any good mechanic will be able to do that and hopefully it'll lead to a quick fix.
