What's up with my BMW's battery?
BMW 08 5 Series Diesel,digital clock keeps resetting to 0 and battery saying now and them that it is not charging or has been disconnected but yet it starts 1st go all the time?

Hi Ray,
That sounds like a possible problem with the battery condition sensor, which is part of the earth lead. Replace the lead completely and reset all error codes using a proper diagnostic computer. The battery itself could be the issue, as well, but that condition sensor is a known weak point.
