Hi Hassan,
That message suggests that the radar sensor for the active cruise control is blocked. It may well just be dirty so give the car a good clean. If that's not the issue then you'll need to bring the car to a good mechanic to look at it. Don't use the active cruise control until it is fixed, obviously.
