What's the screech in my Micra?
My 2013 automatic Nissan Micra has had several problems but the main concern is that the ignition barrel has been changed twice but a screeching sound keeps returning when ignition is turned especially on cold mornings. Engine makes screeching sound for 20-30 seconds then returns to normal. Have others come across this problem?

That doesn't sound as if it's anything to do with the ignition barrel itself. It sounds as simple as the fan belt. Bring the car to a qualfied mechanic to confirm that and it really won't be expensive to replace.
