It's very difficult to assess such things from afar and the Accord has no well-known issues that fit with your description. It could be a variety of things, including worn anti-roll bar or drop-link rubbers, worn exhaust mounting rubbers or worn dampers or maybe even a broken spring.

Best bet is to get the car up on a ramp with a good mechanic to take a look underneath.
