What's the light on in my dash?
I bought an 07 Yaris (well Vitz, as it's an import) last July. Everytime I turn the engine on after not driving the car for few hours or over night one green light stays on the dash for about five minutes then goes off. I was told it was fine because light is green?

Ok, it's a little hard for us to tell as we don't have a Vitz owner's manual here in front of us, but it sounds like an engine coolant light. It's not that the coolant is low but that the engine hasn't sufficiently warmed up yet. It's nothing to worry about - just drive the car normally, but perhaps a little bit gently, until everything has warmed up and the light goes out.
That said, that's just an educated guess on our part. Without seeing the car in person, it's impossible for us to say. If it's something that's still worrying you, there's no harm in a quick visit to your dealer or garage to get it checked out.
