There are quite a few suppliers of tracking systems, all of whom can fit the devices to your car. The bigger ones would be Ctrack, Eirtrack, MunsterGPS and Vehicle Tracking Ireland. I'd suggest you have a bit of a shop around them and see which one best suits your needs. 

Alternatively, you could try talking to your Land Rover dealer who may also be able to point you in the right direction.
