What's the best 1litre car to buy as my kids are starting to drive

Hi John,
Depends on how much you have to spend, but I’d recommend a Volkswagen up!, SEAT Mii or Skoda Citigo. They’re all basically the same small car, but they’re easy to drive, reliable, frugal (50mpg easily) and can now be bought for around €7.000.
