What would I get for my Megane convertible?
Hi I'm looking to get a rough Idea on how much I would get for my Renault Megan convertible 05 as a scrapage deal with a garage . I have 4000 cash plus my car and I'm woundering what price range of cars I should be looking at to buy. Sincerely bridget reid

Hi Bridget,
Bearing in mind that you can only get so-called ‘scrappage’ deals against new cars, you can get a maximum €4,500 depending on which marque and model you’re trading in against. As a straight trade-in, your Megane is unlikely to make much more than €2,000 especially at this time of year.
