If you wanted to stay within the Opel family then what about the Zafira Tourer? It’s bigger than the old Zafira, and much slicker – nicer looking outside, higher quality inside and better to drive to boot. A car that tends not to get the attention it deserves. Otherwise it’s one of the old favourites – Citroen C4 Picasso if you want something stylish, Toyota Verso if you want something uncomplicated and Ford S-Max or SEAT Alhambra if you want something bigger.
