You'll need to check for issues with the diesel particulate filter, and excessive vibration could be down to a banjaxed dual-mass flywheel. Check the carpets for dampness (leaks from the heating system are common), while squeaking suspension means the anti-roll bar drop links need to be replaced. Juddering brakes mean that the pins in the callipers have probably worked loose. 

Finally, beware of doing your own servicing. Unless you have a full diagnostic rig at home you'll struggle to keep up and it's not something that future buyers like to see.
