A few common things:

- Noisy brakes: usually nothing to worry about and easy to fix

- Wet passenger footwell: caused by faulty pollen filter seal - can damage central locking module though

- Musty smell from a/c: there's a fix that isn't expensive

- Airbag warning lights: fixed by cleaning connector under the seat

- Many engine start and running issues can be sorted by simply replacing the engine control relay - or the engine coolant temp. sensor

- If the power delievery is jerky when the engine is cold it may need a new fuel pre-heat valve

- The power steering can be noisy - usually fixed by topping up with power steering fluid

There are other bits and pieces, too, but nothing major hopefully.
