It's impossible to say what work needs to be done without seeing the individual car, but as with any Audi you need to make sure it has a full, stamped-up service history. They're a pretty reliable car, but watch for electrical issues, keep an eye out for deranged suspension and check the body panels carefully for damage - they can be expensive to fix.
