Do you mean specifically a Jeep model? In which case I'd say the Cherokee with its new 2.2-litre diesel engine would be best. If you're not specifically hung up on a Jeep, then there are a huge number of 4x4s that will tow a horse-box, but it depends on the combined weight of the 'box and car and what level of driver's licence you have. I'd say have a good look at the Subaru Forester or  Skoda Yeti and work up from there, but keep an eye on the combined weights.
