Wow, that's a bit of a broad question. What kind of small vehicle? A city car? Then look for a Hyundai i10, a Volkswagen up! or a Fiat Panda. A small hatchback? Well, it’s hard to beat a Fiesta, Yaris, Polo or 208. A small SUV? Skoda Yeti is the  best one by far. Something small and sporty? MINI Cooper, without question.
