The SEAT Ateca is genuinely one of our favourite C-segment SUVs. It has a great chassis for handling, yet is as comfortable and refined to drive on a daily basis as an SUV needs to be. It looks good on the outside and has a spacious, well-made cabin with a good boot, while the Volkswagen Group engines it uses are excellent. The interior design is a little sombre, perhaps, but apart from that, it’s a superb choice as a family conveyance.
