What do you think of the Freelander?

Hi Gerard,
I'd say avoid it. That generation of Freelander was woefully unreliable and I can pretty much guarantee it'll give you trouble at some point. Your other choices - the Nissan X-Trail or Hyundai Santa Fe - are much more reliable and consequently would be worth more than the Freelander, at about €4,000 to €4,500 for a commercial version.
