What date applies to VRT rates?
Hi. Just agreed to buy a 2019 Qashqai from a dealer in Northern Ireland. Hopefully collect it next week, however I can't get a Vrt appointment until January 8th. Will I be charged the new Vrt rates or 2020 rates as purchase date will be December 2020. Thank you.

Bad news, I'm afraid, as the VRT is calculated on the date of registration.
