What 2018 diesel car to go for?
Currently driving a VW Jetta Highline161 2.0Ltr, 125,000Km. Looking to buy 2018 diesel 2.0 car I do c 40,000Km per year? What would you recommend?

Hi Máirín,
It’s hard to look past the premium suspects – so have a try of the Audi A4 2.0 TDI, the BMW 320d or the Mercedes C 220 d. Of these, given the 181/182 BMW has just been replaced by an all-new 3 Series and the 2018 C 220 d will most likely have the older, noisier 2.1-litre diesel engine, we’d say the Audi is the best bet.
