We have €12,500 for a second car...
Can you please recommend a car for a family as a second car. At the moment we have 06 Volvo s40 find it very good but looking to upgrade. There are 5 in our family but we will rarely be traveling all together in this car so size is not a major concern. Price range <12500 if possible and at least 2010 if possible. Regards

For that budget, you should be able to get much newer than 2010 cars – things on 141, 142 and 151 plates are in reach, even with only middling mileage on them. Try the outgoing Mazda3 hatchback, the previous generation of Ford Focus, the SEAT Leon, the Skoda Octavia or the Volkswagen Golf.
