Assuming you mean that you have a car on Hire Purchase or PCP finance and you want to sell it before the agreement term is up, then I'm afraid you cannot. The car is not yours until the final payment is made. You'll have to speak with the dealer or bank to discuss a course of action. Another arrangement may be possible.
