VRT on this Peugeot?
I am helping a family friend buy a Peugeot 3008, that has a new value of approx 38k. Would you know the approx VRT value and tax value on this vehicle as the individual is part of the disability scheme .

To be of real help, we'd need to know the CO2 rating of the car, as that would then give us the VRT band, etc.
Nonetheless, a quick look at Peugeot Ireland's website reveals that the 3008 GT 1.2 Puretech 130hp Auto costs €38,345, so we'll assume that's the car you're looking at. Its CO2 rating is 145g/km, which means VRT of 19.5 per cent. That equates to €7,477.27 in VRT.
