If it's registered and imported as a passenger vehicle, I believe it will be in the top rate of VRT of 41 per cent because of its high CO2 output. Then it's a case if trying to guess how much Revenue will come up for the Open Market Selling Price (OMSP). That's not easy to do given the information you supplied and the rarity of the vehicle. Let's estimate €40,000. That would mean a potential VRT bill of €16,400. You are likely to be liable for the NOx levy as well on importation and the annual motor tax will be €2,400.
