I'm afraid you've not given us enough information for us to do the calculation for you. We'd need to know which engine the car has so we can obtain its CO2 figure as that determines which VRT percentage would be charged. The Open Market Selling Price (OMSP) would also vary depending on the precise model and extras fitted. A few things to be aware of: come January, the NEDC CO2 figure will be 'uplifted' by Revenue to a WLTP equivalent, which will put the car in a higher VRT band than you might first expect; and don't forget the NOx levy, which will be high for the diesel Panamera in particular.
