Value on my 04 Focus?
I have a 04 Focus, 1.4, Hatchback, Collection edition, with 92k miles on the clock. Great condition for age. Finally thinking of upgrading it. What value could I expect as a trade-in, and as a private sale?

In its own right, and depending on what kind of service history it has, it would probably be worth around €1,500. That said, if you’re trading it in against a new car, you might be able to get as much as €4,000 to €4,500 for the trade-in, depending on what you’re looking at buying. There are a lot of ‘scrappage’ deals around at the moment, so if you’re looking to maximise your trade-in value, that’s the way to go.
