Volkswagen didn’t make a 2006 Golf (the Mk5) with the 1.2-litre engine, so we’re guessing it’s a 1.4-litre petrol. In which case, it should be worth between €1,750 and €2,750, if it’s on reasonable (100,000-200,000km) mileage.
