The NCT is €55 and so that will not vastly affect the price of a used Toyota Avensis without one. Much older models from 2005 range from €950 to €3,500, depending on body type, mileage, condition, specification and engine. Knock a hundred euro or so off these prices because of its lack of an NCT, as it’s not only the cost of the test you need to deduct but also the potential for any repairs as a result of the NCT’s findings.
