It's very difficult to estimate trade-in values accurately, as they vary from dealer to dealer depending on how badly they want the deal or how much they don't want the trade-in car. 

I'd estimate that your car is worth about €13,000 given what you've told us, which may mean a trade-in offer somewhere around €10,000.
