Every dealer will have their own agenda in a deal such as this. It depends not only on how badly they want to sell the car they have to you, but also on how much they do or don't want your trade-in. Different dealers on different days will make different offers to suit themselves, in short, so it's almost guesswork.

I can tell you that a 151 Captur as described would probably be put up for sale by the dealer for in the region of €10,000 (taking into account its high mileage), so you're not likely to be offered any more than €8,000 in most cases. 

I'd expect most dealers to ask for close to €27,000 for that Kona, making your cost to change in the region of €19,000.
