As far as we can make out, the Fluence is quite a reliable car in general. That is very low mileage for that age, however, so we would be worried that the diesel particulate filter (DPF) might become blocked if it is not already. And the lack of any service history is another worry. Make sure that there is a warning light for the DPF when you switch on the car and that it goes out quickly once it's running. Also, we'd suggest getting the car checked over by a good mechanic.
