i want to buy Skoda Fabia 1,4 TDI 80cv GREENLINE 2009, 220000km. Is it worth it. they are asking 2500 euro.Draining with all filters has been done. appreciate your help in deciding regards manohar
Hi Manohar,
That seems to be a fair price, as lower mileage Fabia diesels from 2009 are more around the €4,500-€5,000 mark. We like the Skoda hatchback, and provided it has been looked after well during its life (the change of fluids seems a good indicator of that) then it should continue to serve you capably for a few more years yet. Modern TDIs can cover many hundreds of thousands of kilometres with little hardship, providing correct maintenance has been carried out, so check its paperwork thoroughly. If it all checks out, it sounds like you’re onto a good car.
