Thoughts on the 1.0-litre Polo?
Hi what is your opinion of be polo se design 1.0? I’ve found out it only has a three cylinder non turbo engine and 60bhp? Although l rarely drive on motorways, I’ve been told they struggle engine wise and get rattly . Please help, thanks gay bullenthorpe

Hi Gay,
You're correct that it has a modest three-cylinder engine with only 60hp and, obviously, it is not going to ever feel fast. However, if you're the only one in the car most of the time and, as you said, you're not on the motorway a lot, then it could be fine for your needs. Only way to know for sure is to go test-drive one for yourself.
