If we’re brutally honest… there are better cars than the Nissan Pulsar, automatic gearbox or not. While there’s nothing particularly wrong with the Pulsar, nor its self-shifting transmission, it’s a hatchback that is outmanoeuvred, out-thought and outgunned in several departments by rivals. For instance, even though it’s an old car now that’s due for replacement, you’d be better off with a SEAT Leon DSG.
