Thoughts on 2011 E-Class?
2011 e class cdi be elegance. Is it troublesome? Is it chain or belt and when should it be changed? Is it cistly to run? Many thanks DJ

Hi DJ,
The E 200 CDI BE and E 250 CDI BE use timing chains. Known issues with these cars include problems with the keyless start (if fitted), the EGR valve, the intercooler pipework, chafing of the wiring loom, problems with the DAB radio system (if fitted) and difficulty getting into reverse. If you find a car with all that work done already, great.
