I'd be inclined to look elsewhere unless the car is significantly cheaper than it should be. Even then I'd ask the dealer to service it - and ask for a print-out of what's on the 100-point checklist as well so, more importantly, you know what they have not checked. At the very least it needs an oil and filter change immediately, regardless of mileage. 

A lack of service history would also make me suspicious about the mileage. Might be worth putting the car through a Cartell.ie history check.
