It's difficult to get an answer from Revenue ahead of bringing in a car, especially if it's anything a little outside the ordinary - as the Panamera would be. If you give us the year, mileage, engine details, etc. we can try to look up the CO2 and NOx values and use them plus the estimated OMSP (Open Market Selling Price) to come up with a (very) rough VRT calculation. I'm afraid there is no more concrete way to do it.

And yes, if you're importing any model other than a plug-in hybrid perhaps, it's likely to be cheaper to get it registered before the end of 2020. You'll need to hurry up.
