If you're talking about the newer, front-wheel-drive, all-electric version of the XC40 then I recommend it highly. It's nowhere near as fast as the all-wheel-drive P8 model, but it's fast enough for anyone and it's wonderfully quiet and refined. What's more, it handles big wheels without sacrificing on ride comfort, too. The only thing negative I have to say about it is that it's not the most efficient electric car on the market, but as you do such low mileage per year, that's unlikely to be a major concern for you.

Finding a used example might be a challenge though, as the front-wheel-drive model is very new.
