There's nothing special you should be asking about those models, but for all cars you should be looking for a detailed service history. With regards to timing and cam belt changes, look up the correct intervals for any given car you are thinking of buying (you'll need to know the model year and engine size) and check that the schedule has been adhered to, as it's an important piece of maintenance for all cars.
