Thinking of buying a 2012 Hyundai i40 with 222000 km. Would it be good for another 100000 km

It will be – provided its service/maintenance history so far is impeccable and you keep looking after it going forward. You could always be unlucky buying a high-miler car like this, but in reality a Hyundai is a reliable car and it could easily do another 220,000km with the right care and attention, never mind 100,000km.
