Tax questions on a Transit van...
I wish to buy a van transit custom 2018 2.0l. I have a few horses and a equine number as a land owner. Can I tax it commercially 333 .. Would I be able to use the van for pleasure aswell.. If I tax it privately would it be by old pre 08 engine size Thanks a mill

Hi Denis,
If you tax is as a commercial then you cannot, by law, use the van for any personal use whatsoever. To tax it for personal use as well, you're right, it would be done by engine size, so a 1,901-2,000cc Transit Custom would cost €710 per annum.
