Tax and insurance on a new Octavia?
How much is the tax on the new skoda octavia 212 style and will my insurance go up it's 2.0 ltr di3sel from a 1.6ltr style

It depends on which version of the 2.0 TDI engine you go for, and whether you go for DSG or manual, but the annual tax is either €180 or €190. We would expect your insurance to increase a little, perhaps, but other factors, such as your own driving record, probably have a greater influence on the premium than the engine size in this case.
